In my current job i am responsible for day to day operations of sales operations. Sales Circle from Order receiving from Sales team till its delivery to respected customer is under my supervision. In this process i am directly linked with production and supply chain department as well as with transporter also Because in my company we generally sell our product on 15 days credit. So its my keen responsibility to mobilize these products at the door step of our respected customers at earliest and with cheapest freight charges and good transport services.
It is also my responsibility to synergizing the team work though counseling and implement disciplinary policies. it is also a part of my duty to maintain congenial & harmonious working environment between management and employees , management & customers and also keeping absenteeism and late coming under control.
In additional responsibilities i have to make sure that service and maintenance company vehicles are done on time. Have to report sales target v/s achievement report on daily bases to R.S.Ms and N.S.M and on weekly and Monthly bases to G.M. operations and Directors. I am also responsible for monthly and yearly comparison reports for better analysis and planning of sales growth.

Posting materials received from outside venders as per G.R. Vouchers in system.Posting materials issued to production department as per issuance in system.Ensuring good condition of health and environmental safety conditions in warehouse.Making S.O.P. about stacking of materials.Weekly safety talks with labour and Supervisors about their working and how to do work safely.Making new safety procedures and implementing it for better protection of man power and stock lying in ware house keeping in view reasonable practicability rule.Introducing stacking and traffic control S.O.P. at inside and outside ware houses.Making closing reports at the end of the month and sending it to management.I was Also part of ISO-22000 & HACCP Certifications working about warehouses.

• Collecting employee G.P.Fund data from old ledgers.
• After approval of Asst. District Accountant post this date into system

Muhammad Arif Contractors was a diesel supply firm which was providing its services to Mobilink , Ufone , Warid Telecom , & P.T.C.L. in Punjab Province.

I was based in jehlem region as field supervisor from 1-Sep-2006 and after one year i was promoted as regional supervisor from Oct-2007. My responsibilities were as under :
• Planning refueling visits as per company’s S.O.P and keep fuel availability from the nearest source in visiting area.
• Assuring availability of services if any emergency accrued.
• Giving monthly reports of diesel consumption to management.
• Authorized to check and approve the monthly Accounts Statements & performance reports of Staff generated by accounts officer and admin officer.
